Barbell


Can be any kind of barbell. Try to mach it with the diameter of your dumbles, so you can interchange weights.

Dumbbells 


Can be any kind of dumbbell, as long as it has the weight that you require for your exercise. Try to mach it with the diameter of your barbell, so you can interchange weights.

Pull up bar 


If you have wooden doorframes, go for the version that has mounts that need to be installed with screws. Just to ensure the bar won't slip and you smash your head to the ground.

Perfect for benchpress, squats and pull ups.

Bench


To use in combination with dumbles, barbell and ideal for dips.

Yoga mat


Ideal for all those workouts that require you to lay flat on a surface.
